Comment:

 The patch attached adds an option to the activity palette for uninstalling
 the activity. It is very simple and self-contained, so it hardly can
 create any regression.

 Eben, do you agree with this approach?

 Greg and Michael, do you want this in the 8.2.0 release? If so, I'll start
 the process for getting a feature freeze exception in sugar.
