 that we're currently at 350M.  So we're 50M over goal right now.  As #7353
 documents, we know where most of that is coming from.  We should remeasure
 once we've got totem rebuilt (losing gnome-desktop) and perl excised
 (#234).  Hopefully that will be sufficient; otherwise we might have to
 reexamine where all our space is going.
