 For ntp, the scripts /usr/sbin/ntptrace and /usr/sbin/ntp-wait use perl
 (the /usr/sbin/ntpd binary matches perl as well but that's a false alarm).
 I'd suggest splitting the ntp package as other distros do, so we can get
 ntpdate (which we use) w/o getting the rest of ntpd.
