 The cursor presently locks to the upper-left of the dragged icon.
 Instead, it should either lock to the center of the icon being dragged
 (easy to calculate based on the dimensions of the icon itself), or to the
 position which was actually clicked (harder to calculate, based on the
 delta between the coordinates of the cursor and icon at time of the click
 event).

 The latter option is nicer, but I'd settle for either over what we have
 now.
