 OK, I just did the .xmodmap trick. Works like a charm!

 Is there still any reason to RMA it? That is, does the one sticky key mean
 that others are more likely to go bad in the future? (And when they make
 the "Grab" keys do something, will the left and right ones do the same
 thing?)
