 Fixed by svn 803.

 The problem was that there was a partially-written NAND page just before
 the page that contained the leases.sig file .  The raw node scanner was
 giving up too soon when it saw a long string of unwritten data (0xff's).
 The solution is to search the entire remainder of the erase block in case
 there are more nodes.
