 dwmw2's Mongolian install scripts write a fresh copy of os688.img onto
 NAND, and then write an appropriate /security/leases.sig, unmount, and
 reboot.  On reboot, OFW q2d10 doesn't see the /security/leases.sig file:

 If you let the machine boot (presumably by using a dev key to bypass
 activation), you will see /security/leases.sig sitting there nice and
 pretty.  'touch /security/update-attempt' and reboot will then let OFW see
 the /security/leases.sig file.
