 Is this defect meant to be a split-out from 4250 for the case of integer
 arithmetic producing non-integer results? If that is the case, the defect
 is still there, and can be gotten to a lot more easily than 2000!/1999!.

 I was doing a geometry exercise with segments of a circle and got this:

 4/30*360 = 47.9999999
 4*360/30 = 48
 }}}

 Maybe this should be re-triaged. Or if this is not the purpose of this
 ticket, a ticket created.
