#6280: Abiword creates non-standard accents

It is neat to be able to put any number of any accents on top of any
letter in AbiWord. However, when you cut and paste the resulting text
anywhere else, you don't get the standard accented vowels (líkë thìs), but
a series of two separate unicode characters. This leads to some
interesting but pretty irrelevant bugs (try it in the terminal).

AbiWord should replace character-accent combos with single accented
unicode characters when possible, at the very least on cut. (Actually it
would be better if it happened immediately, because having to hit
backspace twice is unexpected and mostly unuseful behaviour).
