 Jonathan Herzog did an audit on our use of libtomcrypt. He made various
 patches, based on the a pre-1.17 release of ltc (see
 http://dev.laptop.org/git?p=bios-crypto;a=summary).

 olpcrd-0.40 is a rebuild of olpcrd-0.39 with no change except the updated
 libtomcrypt, which is also used in firmware q2d11 and olpccontents 2.1. It
 is in joyride; it should probably be considered for update.1.
