 I've been running update.1-690 on my G1G1 C2 laptop for 3 days now, and on
 two nights and one afternoon I came back to the laptop and found it
 powered off (no LEDs on twice, once the battery LED was green & on). It
 would not power on again.  I removed the AC and battery and then it would
 power on.

 Richard Smith has asked me to turn kern.* syslog logging on to try to
 track this down, and Kim Quirk asked me to file the issue here in trac.
