 Opening a Speex (.spx) file from the Journal into Watch&Listen results in
 the message:

 Error:
 HXR_UNEXPECTED
 (file:///home/olpc/isolation/1/uid_to_instance_dir/10008/c93ff273-06ef-
 488a-b5b6-ef4b12aaa219.ogg)

 }}}

 The file was a standard Speex file created using speexenc.  I have
 attached the speex file to this ticket.

 I have tried this using Build 653 and joyride-1606 on a B4 laptop.

 The file plays correctly through Etoys, but not through Watch&Listen.
