#6250: Browse activity gets stuck in offline mode

 When using the Browse activity, if you accidentally try to connect to an
 Internet site while the XO is offline, the browser will enter offline
 mode. It will then refuse to try connecting to any other web site until
 you take it out of offline mode. The error page mentions doing so from the
 File menu, but no such menu exists in the Browse activity. The only
 solution I know of is to restart the Browse activity. It seems like the
 most appropriate solution is to remove the automatic transition to offline
 mode. I am running Joyride 1533.
