 What manual pages should be included?
 Everything on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Unix_utilities
 definitely, but should sections 2 and 3 be included?

 What size is reasonable?
 For me, sections 2+3 are 3.7 mb (english) and my entire man folder
 (english and others) is 12 megs.
