 The issues occurred with update.1-690 built using the firmware Q2D10 and
 running the XO BTest-4. The LED status of the battery will not turn green
 when fully charged and plugged as well. I am not sure if the problem
 happens on G1G1 or C hardware but I suspect the power manger is the cause.
