 Update.1-690, q2d10

 MP laptop, battery only

Open a few activities (not sure if this problem gets worse if you have
been working on the machine for a while, or if you can get this right from
 boot).

Open browse and browse around. Let the laptop suspend and resume a few
times so you know it is working.

Go to the home screen; hover over the browse activity. When the submenu
comes up choose open. For me, repeatably, this small wait time (on the
order of seconds) is enough for the laptop to go into suspend while
starting to re-open the browser. The screen gets hung in a half opened
 state.

Its not until I move the mouse or 'wake it up' that it immediately
 finishes the task.

Another way to repeat this on my laptop was to hit the rotate button a
couple of times. The screen gets stuck in a half-rotated image and waits
until you hit a key or mouse before completing.
