 In Build 689, Write seems to grab the 'ctrl' key that prevents input
 method (IM) program to be activated. Also there's no right-click content
 menu that allows user to choose IM.

 In Build 653, copy chinese characters and paste will result in garbled
 characters. Not sure if this is a problem of copy-paste mechanism in sugar
 or Write.
