 One of the reasons behind this happening after an upgrade may be due to
 the fact that the fontconfig cache file format has been changed in newer
 versions of upgrade.1 and joyride. So Browse may be trying to recreate
 them, not being able to (they being global caches in /var/cache...), then
 trying to create them in
 home/olpc/isolation/1/uid_to_home_dir/10003/.fontconfig/... and
 subsequently failing.
