 Eben, we ran into #5824 when rotating the screen: the menu bar in
 activities is too small to fit all the buttons. To me it seems there's
 actually enough space, but a pretty big margin is used,
 style.TOOLBOX_HORIZONTAL_PADDING = zoom(75). I think we could do with half
 that, this actually looks a bit strange to me. We could make it screen-
 orientation dependent as well. (I can imagine some spacing to not invoke
 the frame all the time).
