 Could you check the system date and time ? I could reproduce this by
 setting my system time to 1999. I traced the process, and I think it is
 going into some kind of long loop since it cannot open any file in
 /home/olpc/isolation/1/uid_to_home_dir/10003/.fontconfig/
 (I could see that it is trying to open /var/cache/fontconfig/<blah>, and
 then getting a No Such file or Directory in
 /home/olpc/isolation/1/uid_to_home_dir/10003/.fontconfig/<blah>)

 It may be possible that xulrunner is opening the fontcache in
 /var/lib/cache/fontconfig - finding it to be obsolete (because the font
 directory is newer than the cache file), trying to create one in
 .fontconfig, getting an error, and then going back to step 1
