 https://dev.laptop.org/translate/register.html works for me. Note that
 even after registration, the translator will need sufficient priviledges
 to actually translate a string.

 Regarding extra folders - there was a small error with Pootle, which is
 fixed now. It should now show Update 1, XO Core, XO Bundled and Etoys. If
 possible, all packages in XO Core (except for sugar, journal, web and
 record - which can be left empty for now) should be translated first. Then
 if  possible XO Bundled should be translated. According to the roadmap
 http://dev.laptop.org/roadmap the next scheduled date for picking up
 translations is 1st February.
