 Mako, has your olpc-licenses package been integrated into update.1, or
 not?  And does that sole action bring the release into compliance with
 GPL2, or not?

 I don't think that modified versions of non-OLPC-owned GPL software are
 properly announcing their modified status.

 And there is no progress on GUI visibility of copyright license terms on
 anything.
 How would an end user know that Sugar, or Pippy, is GPL-licensed, for
 example?
