 Update.1 adds magic in olpc.fth (see trac #5371) to upgrade the firmware
 even if you are doing insecure boot.  This magic uses forth words that are
 not in ancient versions of the firmware -- they were added sometime before
 q2d01.  All MP machine have adequate firmware.  We should relnote that
 owners of pre-C2 machines should ensure their firmware is upgraded to
 q2d09 (say) before upgrading to the update.1 build, or else their machines
 may not boot.
