 Bill, I think rchokshi was just trying to update the ticket with some
 older emails so that the record of what has been checked is complete.  If
 you look at the headers you can see that all of the emails are from last
 year.

 I have sent mbletsas my belkin pre-n router that has the problem.  He sent
 me this reply after he had received the router and had a weekend to play
 with it.

       "I've seen the issue, but I don't have any good theories yet."

 So, in short they are not saying that the problem isn't there or is being
 cause by other factors and that they do not yet understand what is causing
 the problem.  Until they understand what is causing the problem they can't
 fix it.

 The good news is that they now have an environment that they can reproduce
 the problem in.  That is half the battle. IMO most of the remaining half
 is figuring out what is causing the problem.  Once that is done, most of
 the time, the fix is easy/obvious.  Sometimes though, its Aw $#!+, we have
 to redesign it.  Lets hope this  is not the latter.
