Comment:

 This is affected very little.  We still want to add a "Start with >"
 option (in addition to "Start") when launching activities.  The submenu
 will have two sections: Groups and Friends.  The Groups section will
 include "scopes" of people (until we have proper group support, the
 available groups will be "My Friends" and "My Neighborhood"), and the
 Friends section will include a list of individuals (your friends) to start
 an activity with.
