 I thought a pair of the ebookmode buttons wer going to map to zoom in and
 out; left/right on the rocker pad don't seem to be mapped to anything at
 the moment and zoom doesn't seem to work in that mode.

 If this can be fixed, it would be a great benefit to bookreading; since
 many pdf's start in a suboptimal zoomlevel (and no zoomlevel is right for
 both portrait and landscape mode).
