 Made it into build update.1-686 and I tested there as working. The only
 thing is that when you have changed to Amharic that you can not use the
 terminal activity anymore -> can not use s.c.p to set the locale back. And
 using the s.c.p. in a virtual console does not work due to the missing
 SUGAR_PATH. So you have to manually edit ~/.i18n to get back.
