 Since a week ago (or maybe a few weeks), Trac mail for etoys does not make
 it to the etoys-notify mailing list. Mailman rejects the mails because the
 "To:" header is missing ("Blind carbon copies or other implicit
 destinations are not allowed. Try
 reposting your message by explicitly including the list address in the To:
