 When loading a program that is in ELF format, OFW screws up the memory
 mapping for the loaded program, thus causing a page fault when copying the
 program to its load address.

 Workaround:

   ok patch 10000 over ?memtest-elf-map-in

 Then boot the .elf program normally.

 This is not a security issue because no signed OS images is in ELF format,
 thus you can only attempt to boot an ELF image if you are already in
 unsecure state.
