 reqested for update.1.  I got to fully test all parts of the latest
 library in joyride today, and previewed all links in the collection.  an
 improvement in usability and cosmetics; better use of space, more
 language-neutral.  no code changes.

 changes:
 * link and image fixes from v.18; with a tweak to global style that fixes
 rendering in the core bundles.
 * removed wasted space in sidebar/header in generated index pages.
 * images (and thumbnails) for all links, to reduce dependence on localized
 strings
 * updated Spanish localization of core categories
 * fixed images for wp, bundle, and book collections

 (see #6095, #6096, #6097 - fixes the first two, and part of the last)
