 The generated library index has an extra header that isn't being used, but
 moves the page down 10px; save this space and remove the header; it also
 avoids the distraction of color with no semantic value.

 Text also doesn't wrap prettily; keep titles shorter than the sidebar
 width.  (and look forward to the next rev. of the navigation with no
 sidebar at all; it doesn't make sense when it isn't always there, and
 wastes more screen space if it is)
