#6094: cannot wake up machine from suspend/sleep mode
--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------
 Reporter:  chihyu  |       Owner:  kimquirk
     Type:  defect  |      Status:  new
 Priority: normal | Milestone: Never Assigned
Component:  distro  |     Version:
 Keywords:          |    Verified:  0
 Blocking:          |   Blockedby:
--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------
 build: joyride 1535, with firmware Q2D07

 Machine was left idle overnight, with the lid opened and power adapter
 plugged in.

 Touching the mouse pad turns the screen on, but with a black background
 (as in console mode), and there is a non-blinking white cursor at the
 upper left corner of the screen.

 The power indicator LED is on (not blinking), but both wireless LEDs are
 off.

 None of the following approaches can bring the machine back to sugar view,
 or to turn on the wireless LEDs:
  * touching the mouse pad
  * pressing the keyboard
  * pressing the game pad or directional pad
  * pressing the power button
  * closing and opening the lid

 Machine is then rebooted by holding down the power button.

 I have attached the log files from {{{/home/olpc/.sugar/default/logs/}}}
 and {{{/var/logs/}}}.

 The .zip file include the log files in a subdirectory of
 {{{/home/olpc/.sugar/default/logs/}}}, created with an earlier timestamp.
