Comment:

 Hmmm... Update.1 is somewhat faster, but I sympathize with the problem.
 We tried to make the sugar donut indicate size, but our attempts didn't
 work out well enough to deploy immediately. In the longer term, we'll
 likely tell activities to save their state and resume later to ensure
 there is always space.  We also have a new version of the browser coming
 soon, which is much better on RAM usage.  And we will be working much more
 on memory usage in general in coming months.

 I suspect we can't take action on this for update.1, but include Walter
 and Marco for discussion...
