 I note that some pages in the library do not have characters in any font
 we (currently) have loaded on the OLPC (e.g. some copyright notices I came
 across).

 It's probably to late to fix by adding/updating fonts, but a quick
 program/script able to grab all UTF8 characters run through sort would
 tell us a lot about coverage we need to have (and whether updating any
 font might help quickly). Dejavu is being constantly added to....
