 I actually had the same problem. The first time the device was mounted
 fine (displayed in journal etc), the second time I did not see the device
 in the journal and it was not mounted (mount). In the journal logs i had
 the 'The mount point '/media/B829-ECDE' is already occupied' error and the
 directory was still around indeed. Removing this directory I could mount
 the device just fine.

 Sidenote: I have already seen my device gets mounted in different
 directories on my F8 laptop. It changes from /media/disk/ to
 /media/B829-ECDE and back.
