Comment:

 Mitch seems to suggest that we should be generating the bootfw RPM
 automatically based on http://dev.laptop.org/pub/firmware/LATEST, in the
 same way that dilinger automatically builds our kernel RPMs.  It seems
 reasonable for joyride to pick up released OFW firmware automatically.

 The documented build release processes apply to stable builds, not
 joyride.

 Reopening and assigning to dgilmore, who maintains our bootfw package.
 Feel free to reclose, suggest other owners, etc.
