Comment:

 The bug is with gstreamer and will be filed there.  The gist of the bug is
 that when we add tags to the recorded video or audio when we mux,
 sometimes we get

 CRITICAL **: gst_tag_parse_extended_comment: assertion 'ext_comment !=
 NULL' failed
 }}}

 We are not setting Extended_Comment when recording or muxing video.
 Chances are this is coming from the first pipeline that captured the audio
 and video (but why extended_comment I do not know, nor do I know why it
 only happens when switching to another activity.  My guess about the
 latter is OOM forces funny behavior).

 We are able to workaround this by setting gst tags with REPLACE_ALL).

 New version of Record is forthcoming.
