 As of Q2D08a power button should no longer be able to cause an 1835.

 I've added most of the framework for a EC timer wakeup.  Resolution will
 be +/- about 10ms or so for up to 24 days.  When I've got the EC commands
 all fixed up I'll update the ticket.
