Comment(by mikus):

 Using joyride-1536, the results are identical - "Address Not Found",
 __NO__ packets get put to the ethernet.

 My guess would be that it is not a problem with Browse - but rather that
 Browse is being told that an interface it wants to use (to get to the net)
 is not available.
