#6019: poor media interface via Journal to Browse

Component: olpc library | Version: Development build as of this date

Opening a media file via the Journal uses the following URI:
 file:///home/olpc/.sugar/default/data/$FILENAME

Neither the reload nor play buttons will play the file again. This is
highly counterintuitive for someone who has used a CD or cassette player
and breaks the UI idiom they most likely expect.

Of course they can go back to the Journal and reload the file (or choose
another) but this may leave a copy of Browse running which would affect
performance. The right thing would be to have that page refresh to
file:///media/ or somewhere that links to it. A logical place would be in
the olpc library under Media (eg. click here to browse your SD card or USB
 key).

Alternatively Browse should close at the end of the file as it currently
 can't replay.
