 I just turned up ticket #4591, which globally binds ctrl-s in activity.py,
 thus preventing me from using emacs properly.

 I've just disabled this "feature" on my XO.

 Guys, globally binding keys in Sugar is a bad idea, even if you want
 consistency for the kids. Doing so in multiple places in the framework
 is just nasty.

 I've probably wasted more than a day, all told, trying to fix this.

 OK, finished venting. I'm still happy to be a G1G1 participant.
