This may be a duplicate - but here is another "suspend" problem:

Am using an USB-ethernet adapter. With Q2D08 the XO starts up fine,
seeing the ethernet (via 'eth0'). At this time the radio interfaces are
'eth1' and 'msh0-something'. When I don't have any input for a long time,
the system suspends. After being awakened, 'eth0' is gone. The radio
 interfaces are 'eth1', 'eth2', and 'msh0-something'. [If I try
'/sbin/ifconfig eth0', it tells me there is no *device* for eth0.] [Using
 build 681]
