 According on the power management requirement, the power indicator LED
 should be off but flashing every few seconds in suspension mode.

 Tested with 3 joyride-1520, Q2D08a machines:
  * leave all machines untouched for 20 minutes, the screens turn off, and
 the power indicator lights are completely off
  * when the machines are manually suspended by pressing down the power
 button, then the indicator lights will flash intermittently
