 Strictly speaking, no; since we're not actually changing the data in the
 database, that should be unnecessary.  However, it's the Right Thing To
 Do; I just didn't notice that it had a close() method when I wrote this
 last night.  Attaching an updated version of the script; the git
 repository has also been updated with the fix.
