 A suggestion on how to resolve the confusion between sudo and su in our
 builds:

 let's provide a _button_ in Terminal that will issue appropriate commands
 to get a root shell.

 Combined with Bernie's and my patches to mingetty and initscripts, I
 believe that such a patch will allow us to make any decision we like about
 what actual programs should be run to gain root access without further
 confusing our users.
