 michael thinks he found a good way to place the fix in rainbow (instead of
 the wrapper) to launch browse with a fixed uid. To launch an activity with
 a fixed uid in rainbow will check if the constant RAINBOW_CONSTANT_UID !=
 0. Sugar can set this dependent on two things:

 a) include a fixed list of activities in sugar
 b) add a property to activity.info

 So we have to decide whether we do a or b.
