 marco: I don't agree with opening a new ticket - this one is needed in
 order to explain what all the fuss is about.

 Anyway, my web-wrapper now launches Browse without any hassles and without
 requiring modification of any other system software.  A little bit of care
 is required to install it correctly (as is documented in the README), but
 otherwise it's looking good.
