Comment:

 Jim, if we want to fix this for Update.1, then we should also fix #5750
 (it's pretty much the same problem from the user point of view). And then
 #5750 depends on #5911 (maybe part of that patch could be factored out
 though).

 Personally I don't feel this critical, you can always use the Frame key to
 get the frame back. It's hard to say how much it will affect usability in
 the field though. Kids need to learn about the frame key and the hot
 corners at some point, but until they do this bug might actually confuse
 them.
