I tried to connect my new XO (build 650) to a wireless WEP network that is
using a key index of 4 and couldn't.
I tried again w/ build 653 and still could not.
I changed the wireless router to use a WEP key index of 1 and could then
 connect.

The "Connect" UI does not give an option of the key index, so I assume it
is limited to a key index of one.
I don't think this meets WEP standards, and the UI should support the
ability to select a key index of 1-4.
