 (Yes I will be at the summit next week and it should be a good time.)

 Some files will not ever be put into the datastore, that is why we put
 them into /instance.  (For example, audio and video files that have not
 been muxed yet).

 Why would these files be cleared away by sugar when the activity is not
 active?  Is there someway to safeguard against the files being deleted?
